Our team is preparing for the 12th annual occupational therapists conference & expo, which is being held on April 5th and 6th  at the "Institut de Formation en Ergothérapie de Toulouse " (IFE Toulouse - CHU Purpan).

About the OT Conference & Expo

Organized by the French Occupational Therapy Association (ANFE) and representing the profession for over 50 years, the 2-day event will be bringing together professionals, researchers, suppliers ... dedicated to the common goal of "aiding in finding a solution to major societal needs by contributing to ministerial plans and agency, observatory and government authority initiatives ".

MPM's Participation

MPM (Moulages Plastiques du Midi), a thermoplastic injection molding specialist, has been working since 2017 in association with the Occupational Therapy Training Institute (IFE), one of 11 educational institutions in the regional center for health education and training (PREFMS) in Toulouse (Purpan Hospital).

With specialized manufacturing resources (injection moulding machines and finishing workshops) and certification to the highest standards, MPM - subsidiary of the Etienne Lacroix Group, a key-player in Toulouse backed by 170 years of experience - decided to work in synergy with the IFE to design and develop a broad range of posture correction products which meet today 's workplace requirements.

We meet with 1st year students every year to understand needs, shape thoughts and give form in prototypes, make adjustments, cater to the profession 's requirements in order to launch "design for all " products on the market.

Our commitment also takes the form of consulting with professionals, equipment loans and testing our prototypes in the field in an effort to keep the user at the core of our product development.

MPM Stand at the 12th Edition

We will be exhibiting our JUMBOREST posture correction product range - a complete range developed in association with regional occupational therapists.
The conference & expo will be an opportunity to showcase our business and JUMBOREST accessibility and personal assistance products  while gathering information concerning professional 's requirements in view of developing future projects.
